King of Avalon: Dominion
Silver Award-winning Zelda-inspired adventure Oceanhorn has had a massive visual overhaul to make it gleam even brighter on the newest iPhones and iPads.

Apparently it now features four times as many polygons, and runs at a silky smooth 60fps. I'm sure that's important if you love numbers. The update also smooths things a little for any device running iOS 8, so that's nice.

We called Oceanhorn "beautiful, adventurous, and lengthy" when we first reviewed it. And I guess it's even more beautiful now.

The update, which pushes Oceanhorn up to version 2.5, is live right this second on the App Store.

Apple unveiled the all new iPad Pro today at a keynote event in Brooklyn, just two short months after the iPhone XS was announced. The iPad Pro has gotten a huge update, with new features that suggests Apple hopes the iPad can serve as a true alternative to laptops.

The iPad Pro is going buttonless, allowing the device’s generous edge to edge 11 or 12.9-inch display (a Liquid Retina display like the iPhone XR) to truly shine. Users will now use swiping gestures to return to previous pages rather than relying on the home button.

"Yes. Cornelia divides all the folks in the world into two kinds-- the race that knows Joseph and the race that don't. If a person sorter sees eye to eye with you, and has pretty much the same ideas about things, and the same taste in jokes--why, then he belongs to the race that knows Joseph."

The iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus exist. And "they are the most advanced smartphones in the world" says Tim Cook. Which are some pretty big words.

The big new feature? 3D Touch, which lets you push down hard or lightly on the screen to do different commands. Push down lightly on an email, for example, to see a hover-over preview. Then you can push harder to open it fully.

You can press lightly to "peak" and hard to "pop" - two gestures that Apple hopes will become as familiar as pinch and swipe.

The screen will vibrate with a haptic motor to give you feedback on exactly what you just did. It's like the Apple Watch, basically, but a lot more sensitive and advanced.

It should be good for gaming, says our Matt. In fact, at the announcement event for the phone, developer Pixel Toys showed off how you can push hard to zoom in while shooting in Warhammer Freeblade.

The iPhone 6S has a powerful A9 chip, and a 12 megapixel camera (with crazy Live Photos that show the seconds before and after the image, like some Harry Potter newspaper stuff). It will cost the same as the last model and is out on September 25th in major regions.
