TokoToko is a puzzle game created by the French developer Kalank. It's an AR game where you solve puzzles by drawing objects on paper that will then come to life and the game's characters will interact with them. It's set to release on October 3rd for Apple devices with an Android version planned for next year.The example given by the developer is drawing a boat so that the main character Hako, an adorable blue cat with overly giant eyes, can cross a river. In concept, it reminds me of Scribblenauts except that instead of writing you're actually drawing the solutions to puzzles.It also gives other non-drawing examples of solutions for puzzles such as blowing on the screen to create wind for the boat sails. It sounds very cool and I'm very intrigued to see how well it works. The characters you'll come across in the story including Hako the cat are called Tokotokos. They're all creative artist types with different personalities. Alongside Hako, for example, is Azuko, a lion, who is a narcissistic painter.There are many dragon cards in the game listed on scoreboards known as Dagondex cards; the more cars you collect, the more you will access different dragon types and powers. Some standard cards names are Terra, flame, and flaming Rock. There are 94 different types of dragons cards, and to unlock all, you have to complete sufficient goals to woned these all cards.
Only a week after Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery released its first trailer, the game's sneakily popped up on Android in select territories and I'm pretty torn by it still.When it was announced last year our excitement levels went through the roof, and understandably so. If you're not a Potter-head this probably seems a little over-dramatic, but for those of us that grew up with the books, films, and video games, Hogwarts Mystery is the next best thing.As more information is released about the RPG however, the less excited I feel about it. Playing through seven years of Hogwarts as my own witch is a dream come true for me, but the trailer was a little underwhelming and, from the small segment of gameplay I've seen, it plays a lot like a point-and-click/narrative adventure with a few RPG elements.This isn't a problem in my books, but considering it's free to play I'm more concerned about its use of energy bars and time-based activities. If done well, you should be able to get through the game without relying on IAPs to give you a boost. If done badly, there'll be a ton of roadblocks and timers that stop you from progressing until you either wait for the clock to hit '0:00' or until you put real money into it. In my experience that's when I stop playing altogether.It's too early to start judging, and I seriously hope that Portkey Games has taken the right path, but for some of you the game's available now on Google Play. If you can access it, let us know how you're enjoying it in the comments below.

It's been a long time since I last got to put up a stock post, but hopefully it won't be too long until the next one.A whopping month and a bit since any substantial stock came back into stores, Argos (UK) seems to have gotten a small scattering. 387-ish branches have the Grey in stock, whilst nearer 400 have the Neon.Whilst the likes of Very.co.uk and Amazon.co.uk are currently accepting pre-orders for certain bundles, it doesn't look like Nintendo.co.uk will be restocking the Neon version any time soon. The Grey version, however, is due back in stock in a couple of weeks.North America's not faring that much better as the only retailer with any stock levels is GameStop, and only for the Neon version bundles (costing about $469-$499), not for the Switch by itself.If you're desperate for a Switch but missed the tide, don't forget to check at your local retailers for fun anyway. A couple of months ago I found a few Switch consoles sitting on a shelf in Sainsburys, so it's worth having a look.Love lacked a dwelling and made him her place;

The first will take place on November 15th and will feature Electabuzz whilst the second will focus on Magmar six days later on November 21st.Both events will take place between 11 am and 5 pm local time on their respective days. Similarly, during the two, Eggs will hatch at ¼ of the usual distance when placed in an incubator whilst Incense activated will last for three hours.During the Electabuzz Community Day, the Electric Pokemon will appear more frequently in the wild with a chance of being Shiny. Meanwhile, evolving the Spitfire Pokemon during the event's hours or up to two hours afterwards, will result in a Magmortar that knows Thunderbolt.As is always the case, both Community Days will feature an event-exclusive Timed Research and Field tasks. Likewise, there will be a Community Day Special Research story available for $1 each. They will be called Electric for Electabuzz and No Match for Magmar.Elsewhere, during their respective community days, Elekid and Magby will be hatching from 2km Eggs and there will be the usual Community Day Boxes available.
